How to input a measured tremolo in Musescore 4?

For those of you working in the new Musescore 4, can you tell how to input a 'measured tremolo'? (I.e, where you put a slash through the stem, meaning take the value of the note head and play two notes instead of one.)

I've been trying out the new Musescore and cannot seem to find a palette or command for measured tremolo (?)
