Please bring back concert A calibration with support for a wide range of historical pitches, going at least as low as 390 Hz and up to 465 Hz. This was possible in previous version of musescore through the synthesiser. This was one thing that MuseScore could do which Sibelius can't.

Any VST3 synth, sampler or sample player that supports microtuning should make you happy I imagine. Though you may need to write the scales yourself.

Yes, including the synthesiser in previous versions of Musescore, and any other scoring application except for Sibelius and MS4. This is a pretty basic feature which the software is capable of performing, it just needs to be implemented.
