long instrument name in mixer
In MS4, the "staff/part properties" windows let me make up long instrument names. How can I see my long instrument names in the mixer?
Background: I have a song with eight staffs, all the same sound: "Fretless Electric Bass". These names appear in the mixer's "Name" row as "Fretless Electric..." and "Fretless Electric..." and "Fretless Electric...", and so on. All the same. I can't tell one from another. I would like to name my long instrument names to something like "Alice" and "Bob" and "Charlie" and so on, and then have "Alice" and "Bob" and "Charlie" show up in the mixer's names, not "Fretless Electric..." and "Fretless Electric..." and "Fretless Electric...".
I think sequence numbers, "1" and "2" and "3" and so on, do exist in the mixer's names, but they're hidden behind the ellipsis dots. Help.

Maybe it will help if I tell you how it works in 3.6.2:
In the Staff/Part properties you may choose any instrument name - even Charlie or e.g. '3. Fretless Electric Bass'. This name will then be used for the parts and in the mixer.

I know that, but sadly, in moving from 3.6.2 to 4.0, it looks like they took away our ability to make up a part name in the "staff/part properties" windows. Instead, I'm left with this ellipsis dot crap in the mixer.
