What's Up with Midi export on MuseScore 3.62?
Completed a score of 6 parts: Flute, Piano 1, Harpsichord, Piano 2, Acoustic Bass, Drumset. For some reason, I've been striking out on a getting a complete download of the midi from the score, retrieving only Piano 2 (as two separate tracks) and the Acoustic Bass. After several failed attempts, I've resorted to other means. Please, offer any diagnoses, insights, solutions, or fixes, etcs. I've able to rely on this feature up to just hours ago without fail. I wonder if there is an answer. I await appreciably.

Would you attach your source MS3 file here, so others can investigate?

Oh Yeah, the actual mscx file, right?

Solid
I downloaded your score. Opened it in MS3. Found some 'solo-ed' instruments in Mixer - turned off all solos.
Played start to end. All instruments heard. Exported to .MID and .XML/.MXL (whatever). On my Ubuntu Linux 20.04 I installed a MIDI sequencer/player 'Timidity'. Opened 'biprismic.mid' (renamed from your original score) into Timidity. It played start to end. Didn't seem to present any errors. Screen capture of Timidity included. It seems to understand the instruments and notes from my .MID export.

Dag, Are, I buffoonery myself on this one—argh—BigPhatThanks, tho.
I thought it might have been a case of inadequate midi channeling, but this is sobering. I was probably influenced by haste. Thanks, again👊🏾
