Can't access the staff menu with right click on Mac OS
I'm trying to change the tuning of a guitar part but I can't follow the instructions at https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/customizing-tablature-staff because the right click menu doesn't seem to work.
I'm using a Mac, latest OS and latest version of MuseScore 4 4.0.2

Are you saying you are right-clicking and nothing pops up at all, or that the pop menu doesn't contain the staff/part properties? if the former, be sure you are right-clicking correctly. Do you have a mouse with two physical buttons (apparently these are rare on Mac)? If so, the right button should do it, but maybe system is configured to treat both buttons the same. Try Ctrl+click. or if you have a touchpad, two-finger tap.

UPDATE: Problem solved! I needed to hit escape to get out of note entry mode. (Brand new to MuseScore.)
Hi, I'm having this problem. I'm using the Mac's builtin trackpad, and in MuseScore, the right-click equivalents (ctrl+click and two-finger tap) are behaving the same as a regular click, so I can't get the measure properties box.
(I am very familiar with right clicking on the Mac, having used it many times a day for years. It works fine in other apps.)
