How to combine vocal and piano on 1 page

I can't seem to find where I can create a pdf with vocal and piano part on a single page.

To create a pdf, assuming you already have your score notated with MuseScore:

If your score is comprised of only vocal and piano, simply export the 'master' score to pdf.
Don't worry about combining 'parts' scores.

If your score is comprised of multiple instruments...
You can create parts with any combination of instruments from your score.
See:

So choose vocal and piano and export that (combined part score) to pdf.

Thanks for the information. I have created the song with some other instruments along with Vocal and Piano. The problem is that I want to show the vocal line with the piano accompaniment like an octavo for choir is set up. When I go through the export process, the options are to have everything be a separate file or combine them to make one file. But it still keeps them as individual parts on separate pages. When I click on Vocal and Piano and choose to export with all parts combined in one file, each part is on a separate page instead of being on the same page 1 with the other.
