Your file opens fine for me on Windows 10. What OS are you running?

i'm on win 11. The file you sent opened at first but now it is corrupted again, i dont know why

Which of the two files (.mscz or .mscx) did you open?
What version MuseScore?
What OS (operating system)?
When you opened the file, did you make any changes?
When saving it and then re-opening, what "corruption" messages did you receive?

Both open just fine for me

Im on win11 and now its corrupted again.... it says empty document when i try to open it
That score opens without any issue here, MuseScore 4.0.2, Windows 11
