Score won't load when it said it's corrupted

When i opened my score from the home tab, it opened but then it said "corrupted", so i pressed "open anyways", and no pages were loaded, nothing, nothing to be pressed, nothing to be edited, the loading bar isn't even working. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP :(, it's my first string quartet and i'm in my 4th movement but i haven't finished it because of this error, please please please i would be really thankful if someone can find a solution for this... the piece is 30 minutes, i totally not memorize every notes of every part from the 1st movement to the 4th.
