Recovering scores???
Hi! So I'm pretty sure Musescore (musescore 4) deleted my scores. For some reason, for the past two scores I've tried to start, every time I unplug my headphones the score I had created literally just crashes and I can't find it anywhere (I checked in my Recycle Bin and my Files and on the Scores tab of the app). But it doesn't delete the other scores I have open or anything. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? And is there a way I can recover my lost scores? Thanks :)

So don't unplug your headphones while MU4 is running. Don't do it. I am told that MU4 can't delete scores. Did you look in the backup folder?

Ok, I understand. Forgive me if this sounds stupid but how do you find the backup folder lol

Not stupid. It is a "hidden" folder in your scores folder. You'll need to Google how to view hidden folders for your OS.

I checked my files and found Hidden Items, and while the other scores I had open at the time were still there, the one that randomly went away is still not there. Thank you so much though

If this is a score that you had saved before, than there should be a version of it somewhere.

... but it might possibly have a randomly-generated name.
