Voices 1,2,3,4 in tool bar

Voices 1.png Voices 1 result.png Voices 2.png voices 2 Result.png My toolbar only shows voices 1 & 2. When I click on edit toolbar, scroll to voices at the bottom I can turn on voice 3 or Voice 4, but not both. (see image Voices-1 & Voices 1 Result) If I turn both on, they both disappear. (See image Voices-2 & Voices 2 Result

I'm sure I'm missing something simple....but.......

That cog wheel allows you to enable more voices

I had the same, after changing to full screen and back all voices were in the toolbar.
I think its a question of enough place in the toolbar.

Well, 2 voices is usually sufficient. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/working-multiple-voices

I meant that guitar is not usual on the number of voices it normally uses but rather exceptional

IOW: usually 2 voices are enough, except for Guitar
