I don't know what happened. MU4 didn't crash. Everything else is still fine. I am having trouble downloading from MU4to my computer. Acrobat says it can't open the file and I don't know how to send it to a program that will read it. If you can help with that I would really appreciate it. Thanks for taking the time.
I am confused. If you already have Musescore 4 installed, what exactly is the 'it" you are downloading? You say "from" MU4 "to" your computer. You do not "download" from a program on your computer. Just as if you were writing a letter in Word, you would either save it, export it as something, or print it, etc. The terminology is important to be able to understand your issue. Are you trying to save your file to your computer, download your file from somewhere it was saved, such as in the cloud, or something else?

What happened? Did MU4 crash? Is the score corrupt? Is it not where you think it should be?

Please do not confuse yourself. These are the rules:
.pdf suffix = open file with Acrobat
.mscz suffix = open file with MuseScore
