Tempo notes are different size in 3.7 vs 3.6.2
I posted this somewhere else but can no longer find it but the fix was supposed to be to change from Edwin font to Leland. I have done this but Leland 14pt is still showing the tempo symbols at a different size in MS3.7 as seen below. (The segno's however are the same size).
This is the exact same score file opened in MS3.6.2 and MS3.7.

And no, changing the text font Edwin to the musical (text) font Leland was not the workaround
I wrote:
I believe that is because it doesn't take that qlyph from Edwin, but from the Musical (Text) Font, Leland, and that had been updated in 3.7, I guess Leland now has that glyph and before didn't have it, so fell back to using Bravura
So the Workaround would be to change the musical (text) font to Bravura

Thanks, that's got it sorted. I had not realised the difference between Bravura text font on a text element and Bravura musical text font for the score.
