  1. Try to understand how the corruptions occurred, so that you don't repeat this situation. My guess is that you are misusing local time signatures in some way.
  2. Read the article "How to fix MuseScore 4.0 corrupted files": https://musescore.org/en/node/3358423.
  3. Download the Repair Assistant plugin and try that? https://musescore.org/en/project/repair-assistant

MuseScore 4.1.1 reports 127 errors on your original file.
MuseScore 3.6.2 reports only 33 errors when opening a MusicXML file (exported from MS 4.1.1).

This score (at least some of broken measures) is hard to fix. But what worries me the most is that even if this score can be fixed, there is no guarantee that it won't break again.
I assume that at some stage you saw that the score was broken, but continued to work on them. This made the situation worse:(
I reported a bug about local time signature, which is used extensively in your scores
https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/19250
At best the fix will be present in Musescore 4.2.0 release, but don't expect it soon

Hi, yes you are right! I noticed the score being corrupted as soon as I was required to use a local time signature (which I was unable to do at some point). I was already so far into the piece that I wouldn’t want to start over so I simply created a new score and copied some of the “uncorrupted”measures into it. I could now use local time signatures normally but it turned out to be broken again so I decided to simply finish the score and fix the problem later but I didn’t know it would be so hard to do so :-(. Thank you for your help!
