Treble and bass clef same note causes a muted 2nd note
The treble is moved down by 1 octave. At one point a treble note plays when a bass note is already pressed, causing the treble note to be muted in the app player. I want to keep the the other 2 notes in the bass chord sustained to the end of the bar. Is there any way to come around this?

I know, I want to keep pressing the other two notes of the chord but repress the repeated note.

Then uses voices and shorten that one note in the left hand

It changes the entire chord when I shorten that note though, even though I'm only selecting that one note. You know how to bypass that?
