double dotted note
Hello, many thanks to the community that is maintaining this forum and contributing to improve the dearly appreciated MuseScore music notation software.
I have a need for double dotted notation that I cannot find
Although the dotted notes are obviously very easy to implement in MuseScore, I cannot find a way to the double dotted notation corresponding to whole + half + quarter of target note. Am I missing something ?

The button for double dots is not shown in the default set up. Add it to the toolbar by clicking on the settings cogwheel. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/toolbars-and-windows
Go into the Settings and make it visible (click to open the eye icon). It should then appear next to the single dotted note on the toolbar. If you use it a lot, you can st up a Shortcut (I use NumPad *):
