Saving a Page's settings as a template
Once I have a setting I like for a page - like the fonts, stave size,formatting etc, can I save this as a template, so all my scores will have the same look?

Style sheets store only style settings
Once you have a score set up the way you like it save it as a template. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/templates-and-styles#saving-template
Note, this section of the handbook is still work in progress but the bit about creating and templates is usable.
