Playback goes to measure with repeats
This has been an ongoing problem. Say I have a song with a verse that has a first ending with 1.3,4. 5. 6. 7. 8.. then the second ending with 2, 9. I want to play from the second ending, so I click on a note there. But, it plays back from just before the first ending and goes back to the beginning.
I've tried selecting a single note, the whole measure, and a single note in each stave (there are four parts for the horns). Nothing works. I also tried selecting a loop, but that didn't work. It just seems to ignore it.
What am I not seeing here?

Attach the score itself (.MSCZ file) rather than a screenshot. At first glance, I suspect there's a problem with the settings on the voltas, but there's no way to see that in a screenshot.

Is this any better?
If so: indeed the repeat lists of the voltas and the play count of the measure containing the end repeat barline

Sorry for the delay, I had a gig last night and I've been going nuts today.
THAT'S IT!!!!!
Could you let me know what I was doing wrong? I looked at the one I sent you and I don't see the difference. Thanks so much! This has happened in other charts I wrote, so I want to go back and fix all of them.

Check the properties of the voltas in the properties tab to the left, esp. the repeat lists, then check the properties of the measure with the end repat barline, via right-click.
Then check the handbook ;-)

AHA!!! Now it makes sense. I guess it's an example of "you don't know what you don't know". I thought "it's a repeat. You put in a repeat with the numbers and it works..."
Dumb. Well, now I can fix the other ones. Thanks so much, I appreciate the help.
