Corrupted Score

So my score, which was a jazz score for full jazz ensemble, that I’d spent hours working on , is corrupted and won’t open. It says it’s corrupted on measure 0. I kid you not when I say I tried literally anything I could to get my score back, but nothing worked. None of the other forums helped.I’m running the newest version of MuseScore 4 as of July 2024.
