What happened to the Swing option?
I used to set Swing from a text palette option. Now it's gone! Screenshots added to show the palette AND the expansion with "more". Maybe they moved it to "Tempo" even though it's not really about BPM. Lo and behold there's a "Straight" option (see screenshot) but it's properties are not percentage as I'm used to. Expanding the "more" there is a "Swing" but it's in a different font and if you r.click there is nothing enabled.
How am I being a dumb ditz this time?

Which version of MS are you running?
My 4.3.2 has it right in tempo, same font.
Once inserted, the properties tab doesn't help, but right click on it and select 'system text properties' and there are your settings, including setting values to a percentage.

I'm running 4.3.2 on Mac (cuz sometimes there are differences). I was right clicking Swing right in the palette, not from the marking on the score, since I couldn't even get to a place where I could insert one. I saw one vid to just enter random staff text, then change it to Swing then click its properties, but that did not work either.

To be clear,
left click to insert,
then right click the actual item once inserted.
I'd still be curious if you've got swing settings there.
If Straight has the correct font style, you could technically insert Straight,
then change its behavior and what it says on screen to Swing.
Heck, once correct, you could even replace your palette item.
Otherwise, I can only suggest 'revert to factory settings',
not fun if you've tweaked a lot already.
