How do I create this 5:6 pattern in Musescore?

Create a bar of 6/4
Select the full bar rest
Add/Tuplets/Other 5 in 6
Create your demisemiquavers and beam as required
Add a barline after 3 beats from the symbols pallet
Hide the 6/4 time signature.
