shortcuts not working

In the three latest updates short cut to increase layout stretch (defaults to "}") has not been working. Tried factory reset a number of times, but that's not helping. Very interesting is that decrease layout stretch (default "{") is always working.
What does work in some cases are assigning it to other keys. For example "[" or "]" is not working, while for example "Ctrl+ +" is, which leads me to think it has something to do with keyboard layout. Since I'm Swedish I use that one.
