Chord Symbols Not Matching Concert Pitch
I'm using a Bb instrument (Clarinet) and I want the chords to be in Concert Pitch, but every option i've tried has lead to either both the instrument and the chords transposing to concert pitch, or in which it doesn't change a thing.

This a known fact and might be seen as a shortcomming
You could as a workaround maybe use the capo feature (here in 2nd fret) to have both chord symbols, transposed and untrnsposed
