MuseScore Studio 4.4.3
I purchased MuseScore Studio 4.4.3 about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find it on my computer! (I feel quite stupid.) Everytime I open MuseScore, it goes to the old version. Please help.

It is free and 4.4.3 was released 2 days ago (see https://musescore.org/en/4.4.3).
I wonder what you got and where from.

No, you do not have to pay to download, to install or to use the notation editor Musescore Studio.
There is no fee.
It costs nothing.
The price is zero.

As already mentioned, MuseScore Studio (i.e., the score writing software) is free of charge.

The pro subscription is what requires purchasing. (BTW: Sept. was about three weeks ago, so perhaps a renewal?)
