How to transfer dynamics from score to parts
In a piece I originally engraved in MS 4.2.1, updated in 4.3.1, I now have to make some final corrections in v4.4.3.
In previous versions, there was a problem with dynamics and slurs not correctly carried over to the parts, see for example https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/20194. These should be closed with v 4.4.3 if I understand it correct.
Now, making final corrections, i see that a number of dynamics, while included in the score, are missing in the parts. What is the best way to ensure they are carried over?
As an example, see measure 14 in the attached file (cello-part) while it is correctly included in the score.

Open the Parts dialog and for each part click on the three dota and select the reset part option. (I might have used the wrong name for the option).

Thanks, it seems that it's working.
However, all manual formatting, which i did to get decent instrument layout, is lost and must be done again which is a lot of work.

Correct, the downside is you loose custom formatting you already have done.
I should have mentioned that, sorry.
To my knowledge this is the only reliable method without checking each and every element in the score. It is unfortunate that this issue existed in the older MS 4 versions. As it seems to have been resolved in the later versions, hope this wil be a one off thing.
Perhaps a good opportunity to reset and format the parts according to the new standard settings and after that check if there are manual adjustments required. Score layout has improved a lot and there is less things to manually change in the latest versions.

I've only checked for some instruments. It will be necessary to manually reformat the instrument parts agas in despite MS improvements.
