Is there a keyboard shortcuts to input notes vertically below each other, top to bottom?
alt + relevant interval number works bottom to top, but is there one for top to bottom?
Maybe a way of changing settings in Preferences?

In Preferences>Shortcuts you can assign a shortcut to "Enter interval: xxxx" below.

FYI: Shift plus a note (letter) name also works bottom to top. So a, Shift+C, Shift+E makes an A minor chord.

And if you want to enter them from top to bottom you can use A, Shift+C, CTRL+Down, Shift+E, CTRL+Down
