MS crashes and shuts down when hiding bar numbers. I use latest MS and Macbook Pro M1 (32GB) OS 15.
I right-click the bar number, then deactivate and when i hit enter it shuts down.
Sometimes happens 20 times sometimes not at all.

Why not simply left-click to select the bar number, then press V to make the bar number invisible.
This technique is non-destructive, and I have used it for years.

Thx for the good idea, it works for one or two numbers but i need to do a 100 numbers at once, that would take way too long.
I do believe the problem occurs before i change to the new sounds in the mixer. I open xml files and they crash with a standard violin sound for all instruments.
