Key Change Bug??? (Resolved)
In the screenshot I attached below, I have a key change that's supposed to be F# C# G# D# A#. On the staff, it appears to be B# F# C# G# D#, everything seems to be shifted down by a diminished 5th. The next line, however, does not have the same issue.
Edit: This issue is resolved. It appears that this bug may occur when editing the score, but after publishing it, it seems to have disappeared.

I can confirm, that is notated in Tenor clef despite the clef change being the on next note.

The clef change looks like it is on the next note but with just a picture and not the actual score, how can you be certain?

The problem persists if I add a bass clef on the first note of the key change. And just for clarification, the playback is correct, only the appearance is incorrect.
For some reason adding the bass clef also jumbles up the next line, which is also strange since it shouldn't affect the appearance of notes on the next line.

To clarify and emphasize what underquark said, attach a score file (.MSCZ), not an image file.
