4.4.4 - Continuous View

Hi all, and happy holidays!

I just downloaded 4.4.4, and I am thoroughly confused as to where the settings went to toggle between "page view," "continuous view (vertical)," and "continuous view (horizontal)." I did a quick internet and forum search, but I couldn't find anything relevant, so I just fashioned a good ol'-fashioned shortcut to switch between them. I'd like to be able to help my friends who aren't familiar with making shortcuts, however; thus, I ask: are these presentation options no longer navigable in their own menu? If they are, where have they been relocated?

Which version did you upgrade from? For all versions of 4.xx they are in the bottom right hand corner of the window. And they are still there in version 4.4.4
