Figured bass format

When I choose a note and press Cmd+G, the figured bass text box opens below the staff. Is there a setting to set it to appear above the staff?

I've already tried:
* Making sure Format, Style, Figured Bass, Alignment is Top.
* Setting a negative value for Vertical Position.
