Flip the Swing Rhythm

Is there a way to flip the swing rhythms? It seems that you can only do long-short swings and not short-long. This would be a great feature to add!

So cool!

Sometimes I hear a student accidentally inverting their swing, like to the 40% setting that MS3.7 allows. Now, upon reading this thread, I have a way to demonstrate the effect for them. I can select a piece the student capably plays with a "proper" 60% swing and then exemplify inverted swing by setting the piece to, i.e. ~ 40% swing.

Naturally I'd like to see < 50% swing values allowed in MS4.

I would not particularly call a short-long combination "swing". Nonetheless, the (mostly!) French style called notes inégales of the 16th through 19th Centuries definitely did use the short-long combination [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notes_in%C3%A9gales].

It seems quite arbitrary that the "Swing" adjustment is only from 50%-99% and it seems quite likely that adding the possibility of 1%-49% would be a simple matter of changing the allowable value. The calculation for our computers to play it should be identical whether it's 1%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 99%.
