Better, but there are still many corrupt measures to be fixed: 1Bernardette.mscz
See: https://musescore.org/en/node/335842
and https://musescore.org/en/node/54721
Confirmed. MuseScore 3.6.2, the current 3.7, 4.4.4 and the currrend development build for 4.5 do crash on it
The latter, in its logs, complains about tuplets and invalid durations (ones not based of power of 2 fractions, like 1/6, 1/12, 32/5 etc.)
The XML is a holy mess, completly unformatted

That 32/5 is what it crashes on in 3.7.
2.3.2->Fatal error: line 1 column 332 ID value 'P2' is not unique;
I can open it but the measures are corrupted, similarly with later versions (up to Nightly).

Yes, Mu3 complains about that P2 too
Which applications can open ? Don't they complain?
What application does that file stem from?

It was created by Klangio Transcription Studio. I was able to open it in https://www.soundslice.com/musicxml-viewer/
The file was created from Clangio Transcription Studio (https://klang.io/transcription-studio/).

So report to them that their MusicXML export is absolute crap

Could the poor MusicXML export result from the source -- i.e., an audio file which Klangio Transcription Studio attempts to turn into notation? We have seen many inquiries in the forums regarding (un)acceptable audio transcription into notation.
Quotes are from the Klangio site:
"This tool is ideal for any musician who wants to cut down the tedious process of transcribing music by ear and focus more on playing and composing music."
"The transcription accuracy is dependent on many different factors, such as quality of audio, amount of instruments, mixing and effects. In other words, if a professional will struggle to transcribe a certain part of a song, then so will Klangio’s AI."
"The following instruments can be detected:
Vocals
Piano
Drums
Bass
Guitar
Strings
Wind (Brass, Reed and Pipe)
Synthesizer"
"...vocals will also display the lyrics below the sheet music."
The transcription of drums and the transcription of vocals - with displayed lyrics - seem almost unbelievable for an app to interpret from audio.
Nevertheless, it can be tried for free:
"Klangio Transcription lets you turn the first 20 seconds of any song into notes for free."

Yes, but no reason for such an unformatted XML (basically just all on one long single line) and without any indication about the software used.
The XML is practically unreadable to humans.
