Playback loops indefinitely?
So I wrote this short menuet and trio, and for some reason, the playback is looped indefinitely, and I don't know how to fix that. Any advice or ways to fix this are appreciated!

Nothing special to note here with the playback of your score (Windows 10, version 4.5, Ms Basic).
In menu Edit / Preferences / Midi & Audio: what is your audio device ?
Have you tried to change that, to see if it breaks the loop?

tried. it doesn't do anything. I'm on Windows 11 if that matters.

Yes this score reaches the very end and starts over, again and again. I'm working with it to see what is going on. I don't think it can have anything to do with the playback device.

OK. Not sure if there should be any difference. But when I make this one piece instead of two, It plays correctly. Which I think might be more correct anyway. You can label the TRIO part with text instead of a separate piece.

As someone who mostly plays baroque to romantic era music, it would normally be notated as two pieces in a chamber setting like this. Wish I could still have it as two pieces though.
The problem is the section break in measure 25. Replace it with a page break and do an end-start repeat at the end of measure 25.
