Delete Grey Objects
How does one delete greyed out rests? Score was loaded from an external source that produced the .xml. Highlight and delete key will not remove. I have no trash can icon to drag to either.

Greyed out notes/rests won't print. You can't delete voice 1 rests. You could use Ctrl+Del to take the time off that measure though

Hi - I'll upload the xml. The grey quarter note rests will not delete. Notes delete, but no grey rests.

As said: you can't delete voice 1 rests
You cannot delete silence, just replace with music

It isn't a fully valid MusicXML, as importing it into Mu3 reveals (Mu4 doesn't validate anymore, unfortunately)
