Compiling MuseScore on OpenSuse Linux
Hi,
I have tried to compile MuseScore on OpenSuse Linux. I am using the same instructions as provided for Ubuntu here:
http://musescore.org/developers-handbook/compile-instructions-ubuntu-093
I have done:
make clean
make
Make fails at 99% with the rather unhelpful 'Error 2'... anyone know how I can figure out why it failed.

look in your log before error 2. There should be something else.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply... which log should I look at? I couldn't find any logs associated with the
make
command/jlar

The output of make. If you see 99% there are other % before. There should be another error message somewhere.

There are a few warnings about variables declared but not used and the like, but nothing major. I will look again though...
Thanks,

Copy and paste the last 15 lines or so (including the error 2 line). As Lasconic is saying, the important information is before the line that says that it has encountered two errors.
