Up-Down nudging
In the attachment there is a measure where I use a 'right-end bracket with text'
above it. Very common situation for guitar music scores. But I want to move it
a little bit up or down. How can I do this?

Did you try click-and-drag? The symbol looks like it would behave the same as an "8va" mark in piano music, and that's how I would reposition it vertically.
Strictly speaking, though I don't know of a way to "nudge" it (as is possible with notes and rests, for example, by double-clicking them and using the arrow keys -- or CTRL + [arrow key] for even finer tuning).
