mscore <filenamemidi> -o <filenamepdf> does nothing on windows 7
hi all
i ve installed musescore 2 on windows 7.
Now i want to convert my midi file into score using
mscore .mid -o .pdf
but nothing happens.
Any idea?

As you are on Windows, you're supposed to run mscore.exe instead of mscore.

MuseScore.exe actually, as of version 2.0, maybe even "C:\Program Files (x86)\MuseScore 2\bin\MuseScore.exe" or "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\MuseScore 2\bin\MuseScore.exe".

"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\MuseScore 2\bin\MuseScore.exe file.mid -o file.pdf" does not create file.pdf? Can you share the MIDI file?

Yes, it does.

but nothing happens.

with 'nothing happens' you mean that no f.pdf gets created? Or that MuseScore won't start the GUI or output anything to the screen? The latter is normal, the former just works here, no special config needed.
Of do you get a message complaining about musescore not being found? If so either use the full path to it as described above or add that to your PATH environment variable
