playback initially ignores tempo setting
online/offline playback seems to ignore tempo setting. At first I thought this was online issue but it effects all playback. playback is always = 100 apparently unless reset on play panel.

That scpre plays back at 120BPM for me, just like it should. Online and locally.

Is there some setting for this? both offline and online, how could both be off for me?

Perhaps it is a hardware problem - like some sort of overclocking not supported by your OS. Can you try it on another computer? Also, be sure the device you are checking MuseScore against is reliable!
