Default settings
About: Layout/ Page Settings /Prinable Area
In the printable Area are standard settings who are possible to change.
Is it possible to change these standard settings so that I do'nt have to change them each time for my specific situation.

You could by setting up and using a template file (and having that not using A4 or Letter)

Set it up the way you like it, then save the style sheet and set it as the default for new scores. See https://musescore.org/en/node/35896#save-and-load-style.
