Guitar strokes

I am writing a song for voice and guitar that has words underneath the melody line, (no problems,) chord names above the melody line, (still no problem,) but...sometimes I need to show a diagonal line indicating a single guitar stroke (quarter note) for several measures, instead of musical notes.

I didn't see anything in musescore that did this, and couldn't find it in the search. I suppose I could just insert quarter note rests and put the chord name above each one, but does musescore have such a thing in its software that I just missed?
