Entering chord at the end of a system
When I enter a note on the last beat of a system, the cursor jumps immediately to the next system. The problem is when I want to create a chord on that last beat, because I keep having to click the back cursor to return to it! Especially frustrating when I need a 4-note chord there. Any solution?

Just enter the additional notes using Shift+notename
Or switch to continues mode
I just tried it (shift+notename). It adds the note, but still jumps to the next system/page, requiring the back cursor or page up to get back to that bar if I want to look at it to continue entering notes. Is there a way to disable that automatic advancing feature?

no option to disable it, but continuos view to at least not jump to the next system or even page.
And left arrow brings you back too

Keep your shift button down and add as many notes as necessary before releasing it.

I believe that will work only for the notes after the first one.

I tried it before posting:
1. Hold down shift key until step 4
2. press c
3. press e
3. press g
4. release shift key
Result: C major triad.
Maybe this works differently with different browsers? (Mine: OS X Yosemite, MS 2.03)
