Measures too big on final line of score
I have created a score with 3 lines of music. The problem is that on the last line the three measures are stretched to fill the whole line. I have tried several suggestions from other posts but dont seem to able to even these last bars up. Thank you if you can help me.

If you definitely want those three lines to be by themselves - that is, you don't want to shuffle the measures around so there are more measures on the last line - then you need to tell MuseScore not to "fill" that last system by going to Style / General / Page and upping the "Last system fill threshold". Normally, it fills the last system if it that is at least that full. Setting it to 100% means it basically won't fill the last system if it is not already completely full.

That worked, thank you. Could you tell me how to even the measures out so that the third line is full but all measures are equal. If you get what I am trying to say. Just started using this programme and finding this forum much more useful that the instruction manual.

It's easier to help if you attach the score so we can see what you mean. My best guess is that you want fewer measures on the first few lines so there can be more on the last line. For that, you can add line breaks - see the Handbook under "Breaks and spacers".

Hello. I have tried 10% and 100 % but there is no difference. See attached file

That is a 2.3.2 score...
Anyway, the culprit are the frames following that last measure, so it really isn't the last stuff in that score, so that last system fill threshold doesn't take effect

And in any case, the last system is already full (at least when viewed in MuseScore 3), not sure what you were expecting to have happen by changing that setting. Even without the frames, that system is what it is. The threshold setting is only relevant for a last system that isn't full, like if there were only one or two measures. Then it controls whether that partial system is stretched the full width of the page or not.

Looks different in MuseScore 2.
