Indent system for Coda?
Is there a way to indent a system for a Coda (the usual practice)?
I thought this might be in (R-click > ) Staff Properties, but no.

Select the first measure of the coda -> Create -> Measure -> insert horizontal frame.

Describe in more detail what you did exactly and what you expected to see happen. Are you sure you selected a measure? Did you see the blue rectangle appear around it? Are you sure you pressed Insert horizontal frame? If so, what happened?
