Acciaccatura plays on the beat

I'm having a slight problem with my acciaccaturas. Rather than playing just before the beat, as they should, they play on the beat like a short appoggiatura. Any fixes?

I'm French, so........I do what I can !! You can build a "simili" acciac....which will play before the note, in using , not an accuic., but a normal note, that you put where you want, you choose what you need, a double or a triple note.
The problem is for the rests which appears . If these rests are a real problem for you, use for the new note, VOICE 2, so, the rest will be also in voice 2, but you will be abble to delete them.
For the visual aspect, in INSPECTOR you will find all is necessary, you make this note in "little", you can move it with his offsets, and for direction-Hamp, use X.
If you have severals accuria. in your work, use COPY-PASTE and after you only have to change tune with Up or Down Arrow.
