Fixed Amount of Bars in a Line

Hi! I'm very new to MuseScore, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting the hang of it quickly.
However, I'm struggling to find how to keep my lines each having 4 bars exactly each. When looking it up, people are told to use the feature to add a line break every 4 bars, but that doesn't help me.
Rather than my problem being too many bars in a line, my problem is too little. My bars, despite when I shrink them using ctrl+{, are always too big to fit a forth one on the same line, so when using the line break feature it has one huge bar spread across the whole line.

I used to use Sibelius in my music classes, and on that you were able to fit an exact amount of bars in a line with no exceptions. Is there any way to do that on MuseScore?
