It isn't possible to write a score without a time signature. But you can select the time signature and deactivate visible in the inspector:

You can delete the time sig too, but better make sure is us a.4/4 or compatible or you risk corruptions
Instead of making the time signature invisible, better to suppress its display entirely so it doens't take up space - right click the staff, Staff Properties, uncheck "Show time signature".
