Microtuning QML files

The MuseScore list of plugins has several plugins that allow you to tune individual notes to a certain number of cents. Unlike the tuner on the synthesizer, this can allow you to change the temperament of your score if you desire. The only problem is that they are all in a different format than QML, which is the only plugin file that MuseScore 2 supports. My question is if there are any QML files with this plugin. If not, is there any way I could convert them myself?
