Not possible (not without building your own version of MuseScore)
See also https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/3177, where I tried to get this changed for one-page scores. It got rejected.
Depending on why you are generating these and what you intend to do with them, there are probably other ways of solving the problem. One is a simple batch file / script to rename things, another is to use the command-line interface, another is to use the MuseScore Example Manager extension for LibreOffice, etc. If you explain what you are actually trying to do, we can advise better.

only exporting to formats that require one file per page, like png and svg, add numbers to the filenames

How to end this? I need to make a great number of small one-page examples. It's quite hard to delete those numbers manually.

I've solved the problem. I downloaded a program for renaming files. I needed this because I make examples for a website about music theory.
