How to make the piano mellow?
I have to write a children song, and I go, but I need to add a piano. And I add, but it's tooo sharp and the song is not going well with the piano. I want it to be mellow, but it sounds like... maybe a guitar. How to make it mellow?

Look in the Mixer:

where you can find sounds for a few different pianos.
One happens to be named 'Mellow Yamaha Grand' - found in the default FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3 soundfont, which comes included with MuseScore.
Regards.

Thanks!
Be sure when evaluating soudns not to trust the built-n speakers on your computer, which are probably very tinny and incapable of reproducing the lower frequencies very well. This will give the illusion that a very good piano is thinner than it actually is, and will fool you into thinking one that is actually pretty dull and lifeless from lack of high frequencies is more vibrant than it actually is. Check with good-quality headphones or a good stereo system.
