exe file problem

Hello, I have a problem with my MuseScore2 closing and exe file suddenly disappearing from its folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\MuseScore 2\bin). I haven't changed or installed anything new on my laptop prior to this happening, I tried reinstalling/repairing musescore, and it works for a couple of minutes, but then the program simply closes and the exe file disappears again. When i try to run the shortcut, I get the "the exe file has been changed or moved" message. Before this, I've been using musescore2 on this PC ever since it was released, and it had worked properly... any solutions to this problem? Thanks
