Help!! I've tried everything! From adding a measure to putting more notes then the measure can hold and i can't move onto the next measure please someone help!!

If you're trying to move a measure to the next page use a page break. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/breaks-and-spacers

hmm that's not quite what I mean but that will definitely help in the future! See my page won't let me add another measure to put notes in. The page just completely stopped me.

Without your score, I don't know what else you could mean. If you add enough measures to the end of the score, they will eventually end up on the next page (unless you have multi-measure rests turned on). You should attach your score using the Choose a file button below and explain better what is going on.
Measures are not added automatically.
Go to Add> Measures or Alt+shift+b to append measures.

And as mentioned above, those measures may not go onto a new page right away if there is still room on the current page, but they'll automatically flow to new pages as you add notes. Just as in a word processor, you start off with only one page but more are added automatically as you add words.
